Standing 5’ 9” (175 cm), Big Ramy currently tops the scales at an eye-popping 311 lbs (141 kg). Markus Rühl war ja auch mal auf 150kg, meinte aber das war ihm dann zu viel und er hatte dann schon Atemprobleme etc. und mamdouh is doch n stück kleiner
